About Deluxe Glass

[D]eluxe Glass was founded on a dedication to professionalism, quality and reliability. We have been a member of the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce. the For Wayne Apartment Association, and the Better Business Bureau for over 25 years.

Ownership

Norm Cromwell took ownership of Deluxe Glass in 1982. Norm continued providing the outstanding customer service that Deluxe Glass founders Bill and Don developed. In 2004 Norm turned over ownership to sons; Keith and Chris. Keith came to Deluxe Glass in 1978 and Chris in 1982. Since acquiring ownership they have worked very hard to uphold the reputation Norm worked so hard to build. Norm still assists with day to day operations.

Office Staff

Nancy came to Deluxe Glass in 1978. Nancy brings over fifteen years combined office and retail sales experience and has served as office manager for over thirty years. Jim and Vicki also assist in running the day to day operations of the office. Contact our office personnel and we will be happy to assist you with all of your glass needs.

Residential, Commercial & Auto Glass Installers

Todd is the manager of the Residential and Commercial glass area. His dedicated staff consists of: Herm, Dan, Scott, and Bill.

Dan is the manager of the Auto Glass department Dan began his career at Deluxe in 1983. Dan has been a true asset to the company since joining Deluxe Glass.

[W]hat makes Deluxe Glass such a unique and professional company? Maybe its because we have been locally owned and operated in Fort Wayne, Indiana for over seventy years strong. Another factor is that we are a customer orientated business that puts our customers priorities first.

Bill Goeglin and Don Shanbeck started that tradition back in 1937 when Deluxe Glass first opened their doors to the public. We have carried on the tradition and will continue doing so.
